in Vitamin K. (ex.
liver, leafy green vegetables, or vegetable oils); Grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, noni juice, and pomegranate juice may interact with warfarin and lead to unwanted side effects.
Frequent blood test will need to done to monitor blood clotting time.
