Slide3The control board consists of the digital keypad
The
bottom
keypad includes the following buttons; confirm, return, down and up as shown in the diagram. The upper
right corner of the digital keypad displays the following units; Day, Gallon, Hour, Cubic meter, Litre and Minute.
Slide4Slide5When yellow indicating lights on the left of the screen flicker and the hour glass is showing the system is in service
Slide6When the yellow indicating lights are not flashing and the backwash symbol light comes on, it indicates that the valve is in regeneration mode.
Slide7When the spanner symbol light comes on it indicates that the control panel options menu is open, if this light flashes it means that the panel is in settings mode
and the valve’s settings can be changed.
Slide8When the key symbol light up, it indicates that the keypad is locked.
Slide9When the clock symbol flashes it indicate that the valve has been off for a long period of time and the current time should be reset.
Slide10To unlock key pad
Press the up and down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen should now be unlocked. The keypad automatically locks when it is not operated for 1 minute. The key symbol will light up.
Slide11To set the current time
To change the time from 9:45 to 11:28. Press the confirm button to access the menu. The first option is current time. If the spanner symbol
light and the clock symbol light both come on at the same time and the colon separating the hour and minute figures starts flashing you may now press confirm again to access the time settings. The hour figures and the spanner symbol will both start flashing. Press the up until 9 changes to 11. Press the confirm button. The minute figures and spanner symbol will now be flashing. Press the down button until 45 changes to 28. Press confirm. You will hear a beep and all symbols will stop flashing. The panel has now returned to the options menu.

Slide12To change backwash settings:
If for example you want to change the backwash time from 10 minutes to 15 minutes, press the up or down button until the backwash
symbol light comes on. The backwash symbol is as indicated on the diagram now. Press confirm to enter the options menu. The time value figures and the spanner symbol will now be flashing. Press the up button continuously until 10 changes to 15. Press confirm - You will hear a beep and all symbols stop flashing. The panel now returns to the options menu.

Slide13To set the volume required between regeneration
If for example you want to change the default setting of 10.0 m³ to 555. m³. Note: If the regeneration type is set as AO3 or AO4, it does not have the setting to set volumetric flow capacity with the program in the options menu.
Press the up or down button until the hourglass figure light comes on. The valve is now in service mode. Press confirm button to get into the flow capacity setting. The spanner symbol and the numerical figures in front of m3 will now be flashing. Press the up button until 10.0 m³ changes to 555.5. m³. Press the confirm button. The numbers and the spanner symbol will now stop flashing and the panel goes from the settings mode into the options menu. The volume for regeneration has now been changed. Press the return button to exit the options menu. The panel returns to service mode.

Slide14Signal output BO1 and BO2
The application of the signal output provides 2 modes. They are BO1 and BO2 which can be set in the options menu according to what is needed. In mode BO1, the Service function receives no signal output while Backwash, Fast Rinse, Brine Refill and Brine & Slow Rinse functions do receive signal output, as shown in the diagram. In mode BO2, when the system is in rotating, there is no signal output to any of the functions. There is only signal output between functions, as shown in the diagram.

Slide15Inside the control box, there is the Flow Meter Connector, Screen Board Connector, Interlock Connector CN7, Remote Control Connector, Interlock Connector CN8, Signal Output Connector, Motor Connector, Power Connector, Location Board Connector, and the Dial-Bit Switch on the Main Control Board.
Slide16When installing the valve and the water pressure is too low install a booster pump or solenoid valve into the water inlet to ensure no hard water flows out the water outlet. There are 3 signal outlet connectors on the main control board. They are; Normal Open, Common and Normal Closed signal output.
