Replacement and Safety of Vehicles

We adhere to the rules set out by SAVRALA - Southern African Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.

SAVRALA is a trade association representing Southern Africa's combined vehicle rental, leasing, and fleet management industry.As a rule we run our vehicles between 6 and 12 months 40 000km and 55 000km or which ever comes first.

Our vehicles pass through a strict Quality Controlled process before the next rental.Random checks are done by the Branch Manager and General Manager daily to ensure that all the safety checks have been adhered to.Our vehicles are serviced as set out by the manufactured required standards.Expired License - our system advises us 2 month prior to expiry date.

We supply replacement vehicles based on each individual case in the event of an accident or breakdown. All our vehicles display our 24hr call centre number on the key tag as well as the windscreen.

Management Reports

The purpose of producing these reports is to provide you with services and rates that are competitive to your actual

use.Adjusting the rates during our relationship to best suit your

needs and budget requirements.Your invoice will be emailed to you weekly or monthly as per your request.

We can provide you with a copy of your invoice and statement at any given time.

Our invoices and statements are submitted in a PDF format.

We can provide you with a E-Toll statement upon your request.

Statements are emailed on a monthly basis to the relevant person selected by your company.
