16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, Romans 1:16-18

God has revealed His wrath against Unrighteousness

12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. Lessons for us Today

The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, Matthew 13:41 God is righteous, we too should be righteous.

O Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. Jeremiah 10:23 God being righteous, can make us righteous.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 God being righteous, can make us righteous.
