ACCREDITATION & EECS Faculty

Worked very hard and long!

2.5 years – several hours of meeting per week on the average for nearly 75 weeks!

CSE program faculty deserves special recognition: double the effort, double the requirements to satisfy, double everything!

Faculty truly deserves A+ for making this a success story for all of us!

Most of this effort and time however was the overhead associated with the first-time investment and will not be repeated!

Slide11

Accreditation & iab

Thanks to IAB for continuous engagement and valuable input to steer the overall effort to success!

IAB perspective provided over the past three years is irreplaceable.

The department certainly recognizes your unique contribution and thanks you on behalf of our students!

Slide12

Meaning of All of This!

Brand new process!

Brand new system!

Successfully validated (CSE case is very valuable).Process is applicable for a foreseeable future: can evolve to respond to future changes to accreditation criteria.

As the person who created the entire ABET process,

and system

from scratch, I am the one to blame for any future complications!

However, I will take the some of the credit for the present!
