What is dangling modifier?

A word or phrase that modifies a word not clearly stated in the sentence.A modifier used to describe, clarify or give details about a conceptSlide3

Why is it wrong

?It is wrong because "Having finished" states an action but does not name the doer of that action. The previous sentence make it seems like the music was the one who finished the project. They need a subject
