OA Ordeal Candidate Registration Form Congratulations on your election to the Order of the Arrow! Your selection by the Scouts in your troop is anhonor, and we look forward to your participation in our Lodge.To become a member of the Coosa Lodge of the Order of the Arrow, you must complete the induction process called the Ordeal. Ten(10) months after your Ordeal, you must complete your Brotherhood to become a full member of Coosa Lodge. The scheduled Ordeals for 2015are:May Ordeal Camp ComerRegistration Deadline:May Sept 1113 Ordeal Camp SequoyahRegistration Deadline:Aug 2015Oct 2Ordeal Camp JacksonRegistration Deadline:Sep 2015 You may attend any of the above Ordeals, but you must preregister for the Ordeal. You can do so by completing the form belowor registeronline at coosa50.org The cost of the Ordeal is $75, and must be (postmarked) with this completed form by the deadline listed If your preregistration is lateor you do not preregister, you will be charged $95site registration on Friday. This cost covers the cost of the Ordeal, an OA sash, an OA Handbook, and Lodge Dues for the AND 201years! This fee also includes your cost of a Brotherhood membership 10 months after your Ordeal and a Brotherhood Sash, when you cross into full membership of Coosa Lodge. You will receive email confirmation of receipt of your preregistration fee, so pleaseprint your email address accurately. Print out the confirmation email and bring it with you to the Ordeal it is your proof of preregistration. If you do not have an email address, you will be mailed a postcard receipt; again, bring it with you to the Ordeal.
