Library Healthcare Liaison Provide direct support to homeless patrons with or without mental illness.Provide education to and model best practices and intervention techniques to library personnel on how to approach and deal with challenging library patronsConducts daily walkthroughs to identify and engage patrons who appear to be in need of homeless and/or mental health services and connect them with area service providers
