To replicate and adapt to the Portuguese reality, the already tested methodology – in France and BelgiumInnovative methodology (sustainable idea, replicable, scale), alternative solution (more effective) regarding the traditional approaches of Job CentresEmpowerment and non-discriminatory regarding target audiences
