3. 1 - As soon as the mall re-opens, by when will you visit the mall?14% of the participants would visit the mall immediately on opening.

4. 2 - In your view, were the social media posts by Viviana Mall on YouTube, Instagram & Facebook adequate and engaging?43% of the participants found that social media posts by Viviana Mall on YouTube, Instagram & Facebook were adequate and engaging.

5. 3 - What did you miss the most about Viviana Mall during the lockdown?34% participants missed Shopping the most during the lockdown

6. 4 - What precautionary measures would you like the mall to take for your well-being post lockdown?13% of the participants would like social distancing in all areas including restaurants, cafés and the food court.

7. Some Customer SuggestionsThere should be a restricted use of trial rooms. Time slots should be given for all customers. Coupon system should be started for customers to enter and to avoid crowding inside the mall.Some amount of entry fees should be charged to get only quality customers inside the mall and that amount can be credited upon shopping at any store inside the mall.Blocks need to be made in the food court for customers placing orders at the counter so as to maintain social distancing.Thermal cameras should be installed at all entry points.The mall should be equipped with tunnels for sanitization at all entry points.They should provide masks to all people who don’t have them.Frisking booth should be removed.Pick up service from the customers homes to the mall should be introduced.The flyover road besides the mall should be sanitized. The mall kitchens should be regularly sanitizedDigital payments should be made compulsory.Customer details should be collected at the entry points.Customers would fear scanning their bags with the bag scanner. Covid-19 testing should be done for all the employees of the mall.Tulsi & lemon juice must be offered at the entry points.Medical team for emergency should be available.The mall should make better car management in parking areas.
