Printing Preparation

Step 1 Secure the spool holder in the 3D printer handle.Step 2 Attach the filament.

Step 4

Plug in to a 100-240V adapter.

Tips:

The Super Helper 3D printer design does not have

an on/off switch. The machine needs to be plugged in to be on.

12

Step 3

Plug power cable into side of machine as shown above.

Step 5

Select change filament, machine will preheat automatically, unload the filament according to the instructions.

Step 6

Press white plug to release tension and insert filament into feeder.

LCD screen tips:

Insert filament

click to next step.

Clean the added filament after loading

automatically

.

Note: If the filament does not feed automatically, manually feed the filament with your hands.

Slide15

Adjusting the platform automatically

Step 1: Prepare the base stability. Lift the machine for convenient adjustment. Step 2: Choose level bed, moving XYZ to the origin.Step 3: Press the knob, moving the nozzle to the first point.

WB.SH.V1.0

14

Step 4:

Place a piece of A4 paper between the platform and the nozzle

Step 5:

If you are able to move the A4 paper without resistance, adjust the nut under the platform and lift until there is obvious resistance. Press the button to next step.

Step 6:

Follow the LCD tips. Adjust the screws.

Slide16

Adjust the working platform manually

Step 1: Prepare the base stability. Lift the machine for convenient adjustment.Step 2: Select auto home. Step 3:

Move the nozzle up following the first screw for adjustment after auto home.

Create a gap between the nozzle and the machine; approximately 0.03mm (same thickness as a piece of A4 paper).

WB.SH.V1.0

15

Step 4:

Adjust the screws according to the first one.

Slide17

Changing the filament

Step 1: Click change filament and follow the steps. Tips: Changing the filament entails an unloading and loading process.Step 2:

The filament will come out of the nozzle following extrusion.

Step 3:

Pull through the filament.

Step 4:

Put the end of the filament through the small hole in the spool to prevent the material from knotting.

Step 5:

Replace filament with a new one.

Step 6:

Press the white button and insert the filament into the extruder.

Slide18

Changing the filament continued

Step 7: Click the knob to feed the filament automatically.LCD will display: Filament load.Step 8: When the feeding stops, push the filament through the extruder until the filament comes out of the nozzle.WB.SH.V1.017

Reminder:

If the filament tube guide needs to be pulled out, make sure you unscrew the latch first.

Slide19

Using the 3D printing and laser cutting platform

Step 1: Affix the platform and lift the front side of the board.Step 2: Pull the printing board out slowly.WB.SH.V1.018

Step 3:

Place the laser cutting board on the platform.

Notes

The plastic printing board is for 3D printing only, not for laser engraving or cutting.

When using the plastic printing board for 3D printing, ensure a layer of glue is applied to board prior to printing. This will ensure an easy removal of printed object.

When inserting any printing board, ensure that the board is pushed in all the way past the two dimples. Failure to do this

will

result in printing, engraving and cutting discrepancies.

Take caution with the laser engraving and cutting board as both items have sharp edges.

Ensure the laser engraving and cutting boards remain in good shape.

Slide20

Use solid glue

In order to adhere the model on the plastic, add a small amount of solid glue onto the plastic printing plate. It is worth noting not to add too much glue or the model will stick and plastic plate may break. Solid glue is water soluble, non-toxic and tasteless. After printing the model, if the adhesion area is large and not easy to remove, place into warm water for 20 minutes. When the solid glue has dissolved, the model can be removed easily.

WB.SH.V1.0

19

Slide21

Printing from the SD card

WB.SH.V1.020Note:After slicing object via Winware software, do not save .G-Code file directly onto SD card, because it is a lengthy process. Save to PC first.

Step 1

Save the .G-Code file exported from Winware onto your computer then copy it to the SD card.

Step 2

Insert the SD card into the SD card slot in the machine.

Step 3

Enter menu, choose ‘Print from SD’ to select the .G-Code file to print

.

Step 2

3D printer will print automatically (engraving).

Slide22

WB.SH.V1.0

21Removing models from printing plate Take out and bend the 3D printing board, the object can be removed easily. If the object is difficult to remove due to over use of glue, put into warm water for 20 minutes to dissolve glue remnants.

Printed object can now be removed from printing plate.
