Manager signs that they have given all team members the information Manager holds onto Infectious disease and Medical release forms.

Covid-19 event protocols

Please understand that protocols are in place to encourage social distancing. Contact Free Communication: Team Manager and Coach will receive a dedicated event phone number to text (or call) any question or concern; HQ staff will meet manager or coach at specified location by field or area and adhere to social distancing. 

We will have designated HQ Areas at the fields.

Please only have managers and coaches call the phone number. Do not leave VM- if no answer please text message.

Do not use this number for scoring errors. Please put in a support ticket.

Covid-19 event protocols: Awards

All awards will be given to the coach following the conclusion of the final games in each flight.All champions and finalists will be determined by points. In the event of a tie our tie breaker scenario will be followed.

Covid-19 event protocols: Teams

Coaches, players, and referees are to wear their own PPE while walking to the fields.Players may remove masks while playing on the field. Referees may remove masks during the game.Teams (players and coaches) should not arrive at the fields until 25 minutes prior to the start of each match.

No player or referee bench will be available at the fields.  No tents will be allowed to be set up on either sidelines, individual player umbrellas are allowed.

Covid-19 event protocols: Spectators

Spectators are limited to the player’s immediate family members (parents and siblings). All individuals who are 65 and above or who have an underlying at-risk health condition are encouraged to stay home.

Spectators are to wear PPE at all times  and should bring their own sanitizer.

Spectators should not arrive at the fields until 5 minutes prior to the start of each match.

Players/coaches and their related families will be sitting on one side of the field, while the opposing players/coaches and their related families will be on the other.
