Being the people God intends you to be (Philippians 2:12- 30). How can I do that ? I’m not Jesus, I’m only human. Picture an evangelist. Picture someone significant in leading you to Christ.... a praying mother, . an urgent camp leader, . a caring couple,. a . daggy. friend, . a trendy preacher, . a grace-filled bible study leader. Malachi: God’s Messenger. Malachi = my messenger. Message: Faithful to God vs. Faith in God. Date of writing 458-432 BC. Malachi is God’s last word to the Jews. It is a capstone to the message of the Old Testament and a final preparation for the ministry of John the Baptist and of Jesus. Exodus 25-31, 35-40. Revival simply means to bring something back to life, to breathe life into something, . so . as to bring it to its original state.. The plea for revival is so that people will come to a place of rejoicing in God Himself.. Deuteronomy 18:15. MOSES. – . A Type of Christ. Concern for the name of God and His people moved Moses to entreat for others.. Exodus 32:7-14. Moses was unselfish.. He entreated for the salvation of God’s nation.. Our God is . a God who DWELLS. Out of Zion, . the perfection of beauty, . God has shone forth. . This psalm presents a courtroom scene . Do not let your heart envy sinners, but be zealous for the fear of the Lord all the day; ~ Proverbs 23:17. Proverbs 3:31 ~ Do not envy the oppressor, and choose none of his ways; . Proverbs 24:1 ~ Do not be envious of evil men, nor desire to be with them; . as a______________________ for sin. To prevent disease people would pray to God or ____________________ would whip themselves. . The church approved. of the ideas of Galen as his theories fitted the Christian beliefs.
