أما السيارة كما نعرفها اليوم فقد اخترعها المانيان كان كل منهما يعمل لوحده

احدهما "كارل ببنز" الذي صنع سيارته عام 1884 و الثاني "غوتليب

ديملر" صنع سيارته عام 1885 وكانت ذات اربع عجلات تسير بالغاز الذي يتولد من احتراق زيت البترول.

الا ان السيارة الصالحة للنقل ظهرت عام 1907 واصبحت عام 1908 في متناول الفرد العادي.Slide31

الفرنسية والتي هي بمعنى آلة أي أنها تحرك نفسها بنفسها بدلاً من سحبها أو جرها من قبل حيوان آخر.

في عام 1769م قد صُممت أول سيارة بالعالم بالبخارية تقع على موقد صغير وتتكون من عجلات صغيرة وتتنقل بعجلات مسننة ودواره وتسير بالبخار.Slide32
