UNITED STATES FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT COMMAND PAY SUPPORT 1 22 April 2014 Indebtedness Money deducted from a members pay account to repay a debt owed usually to the US Government Indebtedness transactions differ from other transaction in that they can be put in suspense using an action code of 18 taken out of suspense using action code 20 or remitted using action code 21
