4 NCA CONSTRUCTION MATOC IDIQ NCA MATOC IDIQ Provides burial and memorial headstones and markers for Veterans and eligible dependents at national, state, and tribal cemeteries, and for Veterans interred or memorialized at private cemeteries worldwide Work to be performed is construction projects like, Maintenance and Repairs ( M&R ) projects, nonrecurring maintenance ( NRM ) construction projects, and minor construction projects ranging between $10,000 and not to exceed $500,000.00 per task order.
5 NCA CONSTRUCTION MATOC IDIQ NCA MATOC IDIQ Maintenance and Repairs ( M&R ) : Definition: Repair and maintenance projects are budgeted under the operating budget. Repair and maintenance projects are defined as expenditures necessary for preventative and routine maintenance purposes and preservation or restoration of an existing facility to a good condition Examples: – Facility Condition Assessment ( FCA ) deficiency – Bathroom remodels
6 NCA CONSTRUCTION MATOC IDIQ NCA MATOC IDIQ Nonrecurring maintenance ( NRM ) : Definition: NRM projects include renovation, repair, maintenance and modernization of the existing infrastructure within the existing facility square footage; up to 1,000 GSF for expansion of existing facility square footage (non-utility); or surface parking. Pure utility NRM projects also include purely demolition of buildings. Examples: Replace Granite Grave Section Markers”, Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL National Cemetery Maintenance Yard Milling and Resurfacing- FCA Deficiency
7 NCA CONSTRUCTION MATOC IDIQ NCA MATOC IDIQ Mini Minor Projects : Public Law 108-447, H.R. 4818, Construction, Minor Projects Definition: Work required in conjunction with changing the functional use of space, structural changes, or new or additional space. In projects that involve renovation and expansion the costs associated with the expansion will be considered MI. Examples: –Concrete paver and rostrum projects Clear drainage canals Ornamental Fence repair and replacements
