All requests must be approved by econdary Marketing Management and are subject to the requirements below:he Jumbo program allows for relocks on a casecase basis with approval by Secondary Marketing Management. NOTE: This program requires full underwriting approval by the investor prior to closing. If the investor has not approved the loan within 30 days of submission for prior approval, the investor will cancel the lock. Relocks are considered on an exception basis.Loans that have been relocked are not eligible for an extension.Jumbo Lock RenegotiationsJumbo loans are not eligible for renegotiations.
