Reflection Do you think that events in the past should be forgotten if recalling them might create conflict? Or, are there reasons why the past should be remembered and dealt with, no matter how painful? Would you speak about an issue that could cause you to “disappear”? What do you think motivated these women to risk their lives to speak about this issue? Would you do the same?
