Duplication is KeySlide13

Systems for Duplication

It is important to have systems in place, to make things easier duplicated by others following your example and leadership.

Incentive for People

to

Sign

up for ERGift Ideas: a free zytoscan biofeedback session, or a small personal usage guideIncentive for People to Host a Presentation Gift Ideas: a fairly inexpensive oil, pocket reference guide,

necklace,

diffuser, etc

.

Sending Thank-you cards to

New Customers

Writing

a simple

"Thank you for your business"

to a new customer a week or two after they get their products can make them feel appreciated, and more likely to call you to re-order or to ask

questions

they may have. Slide14

The Power of DuplicationSlide15

Decide to Go Pro

Brieanne

ChapmanSlide16

The Catch To Network Marketing

“You

must accept a temporary loss of social esteem from ignorant people. That means for awhile, people still living in and trying to function in the old system will think less of you

. They won’t understand. They’ll think you are crazy for being involved with

Network Marketing

.”Once people run out of people to talk to, they run away, claiming that network marketing was the problem, instead of taking responsibility for not properly committing to their business and deciding to GO PRO.Slide17

Decide to Go Pro

“My

world changed when I started focusing on the skills and made the commitment to practice, practice, practice, until I mastered them.”

Questions & Objections

Limiting Belief in Their Abilities

Limiting Belief in Network Marketing

“I’m not a salesperson.”

“Is this a pyramid scheme?”

“I don’t have the money” or “I don’t have the time,”“I’m not interested in MLM.”“I don’t know anyone.”“I don’t want to bother my friends.”“I’m too old/too young/don’t have enough experience.”“How much are you making?”Slide19

The Skills

“The

skills necessary to grow a large and successful business are extremely learnable, and you’ll have a surprising number of people financially motivated to help you learn more.”

“Everyone

has the same products and the same compensation plan, but you are going to be the difference between success and failure. Decide today never to blame anyone or anything else for your lack of results

.”Slide20

“You

must control your time or your time controls you"

Are there currently things you spend a lot of time on that you could cut out for a period of time to focus on your business? Take an inventory of what sucks your timeThink Like A CEOSlide25

Playing The Percentages

It is better

to get paid on a percentage of an army full of customers than on 100% of your personal sales generated.

We are not

BUSINESS KICKSTART | NETWORKING

Jamie FlamanSlide40

Networking

Step

One

Make a list and then make it as comprehensive as possible. Every person you can think of. EVERY person. It doesn’t matter if you think they are a prospect or not. Your database is one your most important assets. Everyone goes on the list.

If they are negative, put them on your list. If you hate them, put them on your list. If they are your best friend, put them on your list. If they’ve said “I’ll never be in Network Marketing,” put them on your list. If they’re 98 years old, put them on our list.

It’s important to do this because, as you empty your mind out on paper, it will make more room for new contacts to come. When you write down your nephew, you begin to think about the circle around your nephew.Slide41

Networking

All of these connections will become more apparent to you as you make your list more and more comprehensive. Think about everything, every organization you’ve ever been involved in, every group you’ve every been part of, everything you’ve ever done.

If you do this right it will end

u

p being hundreds and hundreds of people.

Step TwoSecond degree of separationThink about members of your family: who do they know? Think about your friends: who do they know?Step ThreeConstantly expand your listSlide42

BUSINESS KICKSTART | PRESENTING

Jeanette MacleodSlide43

Exposures

What Are Exposures?

Give them a CD

Give them a Brochure

Send them to your Website

Panic and say you’ll get back to them, can you have their info?Invite them to a Wellness SessionGive them a SampleSet up a One on One AppointmentSlide44

Exposures

Exposures are important

before, during and after

sign up.

Exposing prospects to a

variety of things about the company and products is necessaryNo inundating them but strategic exposures.Slide45

Action Steps

If your calendar is empty,

so is your wallet.

Push through. Incentives? Investment?

The worst thing you can do

in Network Marketing is quit. This about your down line and prospects. What canyou month look like?Slide47

Slide49

BUSINESS KICKSTART | FOLLOW UP

Karen

TrevorsSlide50
Slide51

Follow up

During their first few months,

follow up is crucial. Making sure they have the appropriate resources, are comfortable using their products.

After a person has been an existing member,

follow up is still important.

Good customer service will take you far in this business and helping them get the resources they would otherwise be lacking.Slide52

viewer too often

Mass posts on facebook promoting your product Micromanaging and “pressuring” your builders, rather than encouraging and guiding Becoming a certified expert/answering every question personally even when Live Help would be more appropriate Slide64

Suggestion 2

I just found out…

How we can fall asleep within minutes of our head hitting the pillow. How we can have more energy then ever before.

Would it be ok if…

THE ESSENTIALS ON ESSENTIAL REWARDS

HELEN PETTERSONSlide92
Slide93

What’s so great about Essential Rewards? (for the member)

They immediately get 10% back on the purchases they are making in addition to the 24% off they get ordering wholesale (this is huge when you think about it)

Most people get excited about 1% back on credit card purchases! It is extremely flexibleThey can CHANGE THE DATE, SKIP A MONTH & CANCEL ANYTIME

Cheaper shipping, this one speaks for itself- who would choose to pay more shipping than they have to

Special Kits available only for ER members

Slide97

What’s so great about Essential Rewards? (for the builder)

One member on Essential Rewards is equivalent to 4 new sign ups AND your total number will accumulate each month making a powerful residual income

Essential Rewards orders = residual income (basically if you did not recruit any new members, what would you earn)

Average Essential Rewards order is close to 200PV

Essential Rewards customers often become builders because they fall in love with the product and naturally start sharing with othersSlide98

Tips for Increasing ER Members

The most powerful way to have high ER numbers is to truly believe in it yourself and convey that to

new

members

ALWAYS

share the Essential Rewards opportunity with new membersIncentive for new members who commit to ER right off the bat (suggestion- free reference guide)Make sure you are not using language that would downplay ERAvoid saying things like: “you can always sign up for it later”, “wait and see how much you are ordering each month” or “if you decide to order next month…”Avoid emphasizing that YL is a one-time purchase or reassuring them that it is not an autoship- instead present it positively so they really WANT to be on ER and see the benefit in making the lifestyle switch to Young Living’s productsRegular CARE calls will naturally translate to increased ER’s as you practice the wording and gain more experienceSlide99
