Comprehensive Review/Strategic Readiness Review In the wake of several significant maritime mishaps in 2017, the Navy chartered a Comprehensive Review (CR) and Strategic Readiness Review (SRR) designed to complete a holistic assessment of systemic causes of the recent mishapsTo address the outcomes of the CR and SRR the Navy Readiness Reform Construct was formed which includes three levels of oversight tasked to implement noted outcomesA total of 111 recommendations were generated based on the CR, SRR and other reports (IG and GAO) Seven Functional Working Groups have been developed to implement corrective actions Command & Control/Operations/Manning/Training/Budgetary & Fiscal/Governance/Learning Culture & Industry Best Practices 7
