Sound Wall/Noise Barriers Provided by INNSTRUCT Constructed at populated locations that are next to highways, railroad tracks or other noise producing sources in order to significantly reduce the sound decibel levels, hence reducing noise pollution. Advantages of using TAG sound wallsCheaper than alternative methods Easy and fast to erectDoes not require heavy machinery Non-specialized labor needed High strength Large amounts transported easily 42 - 100 dB Sound Reduction

INNSTRUCT Cantilever Sound Wall System Can be constructed on soils with bearing capacities of 2000 psf and more Maintains wind loads of 32 psf which translates to wind speeds of 130 mph Structure is safe to construct in seismic zone 5Hurricane resistant system Walls are made of ISS panels with mortar applied to both sidesWalls span up to 28 feet with columns at the end of each span acting as the vertical members resisting the lateral loads Walls can be constructed up to 25 feet tall provided there is enough easement for the foundation

INNSTRUCT Piles/Caissons Wall System Benefits of using the system: Can be constructed on very weak soils and placed to the required depth of the bedrockDoes not require large easement to construct Can be constructed on loose sand soils with bearing capacities as low as 1000 psfMaintains wind loads of 32 psf which translates to wind speeds of 130 mph Structure is safe to construct in seismic zone 5 Hurricane resistant system Walls are made of ISS panels and are placed Horizontally with mortar applied to both sides Caissons or Rectangular Piles are placed at required depths up to 28 feet apart and the wall is supported on the pile extensions above grade Walls can be constructed to be up to 25 feet tall

INNSTRUCT inclined Sound Wall System Uses the floating foundation concept to transfer the loads to the soil. ISS panels used are lightweight and satisfy the floating foundation requirementsThe inclined wall is supported at the location of contact with the vertical wall as well as the reinforced concrete baseConnections between members is in the form of standard reinforcing steel bars with small sizes Can be built up to 20 feet total vertical height above grade Benefits of using the system: Large reduction in cost as the system eliminates expensive foundation Eliminates the need for piles or caissons Floating foundation system that can resist liquefaction phenomenon of soil that might occur after an earthquake Does not require large easement to construct Can be constructed on loose sand soils with bearing capacities as low as 1000 psf Maintains wind loads of 32 psf which translates to wind speeds of 130 mph Structure is safe to construct in seismic zone 5 Hurricane resistant system
