I am a teacher.

I wonder if my students will learn to love writing.I hear students saying, “I get it!”

I see pencils busily moving across the page.

I

want

all my students to succeed.

I am a teacher.

I am a writer.

I

pretend to help spark your imagination.

I feel

excited when someone is lured in by my writing.

I touch

the keys and words come to life.

I

worry

that I will fail you.

I cry when writer’s block sets in.I am a writer.I am a mother.I understand that my children are growing up.I say, “I love you.” I dream that you will always be happy.I try my best to inspire you. I hope to see you live out your dreams. I am a mother.
