Updated 03/01/2013 Transfer Guide General Education Requirements Brandman University The following information is a guide of Brandman University courses that transfer to Chapman University to fulfill general education requirements. A course may be approved for mul tiple areas but can only be applied towards one. Up to 9 credits may double - count between major courses and discipline and GE Shared Inquiry and/or Global Citizen Clusters . A minimum grade of C - is required for all transfer coursework. COMU 315, HISU 372, MUSU 222, OLCU 425 Global Citizen Cluster Citizenship, Community and Service (3) Students select a learning experience that focuses on citizenship, community, or service ARTU 450, POSU 110, SOCU 453 Global Citizen Cluster Language Study (3) Complete a language course at or above the Chapman 200 - level 201 level language not offered at Brandman Inter/Multidisciplinary Cluster ( 6 - 12) - At least 2 courses/6 credits must be at the upper division level. Some clusters require more than two. - Completion of a minor or second major satisfies this requirement. Up to t wo lower division courses may be met by 60 Chapman transferable units completed prior to matriculation. One lower division course met by 30 - 59 Chapman transferable credits completed prior to matriculatio n
