Cuppto theTwentieth Judicial CircuitCourtTALLAHASSEE, Fla. Today, Governor Rick Scottannounced the appointment of Judge Scott H. Cupp to the Twentieth Judicial CircuitCourtCupp, 6, of Fort Denaud, is a county judge for Hendry County. He previously served in private practice and as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. He received his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and his law degree from Western New England University. Cupp fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Jay B. Rosman.
