Where: Archie Griffin grand Ballroom at the Union, showcase from 12-3:30 pm
What: The volunteers will be setting up poster grids and moving them and tables around the ballroom. The volunteers will receive a brief training at the start of the shift on how to assemble or tear down the grids, depending on the shift they are assigned to.
May be snacks for volunteers
40 volunteer spots for setup and 20 spots for teardown
