Slide12The Committee on Bylaws (COB) issued a Call for Amendment Proposals on
October 15, 2018.The COB received a set of proposed amendments from the Board of Directors. Field Comments closed on February 19, 2019 with commentaries from Colorado and Maryland.
The COB sent a memorandum to the Board, seeking clarification on some of the questions received. The Board’s response was published on May 9, 2019 and can be found in the discussion forum on C/SNA Essentials.C/SNA and IMD representatives will have the opportunity to discuss the proposed bylaws and dues policy amendments during and offer their opinions/suggestions during the Bylaws Hearing on June 21st from 10:40am – 11:50am.
