6. The Graduates of Leadership Central Texas 2021

7. “It has been a privilege to learn from all different areas of leadership throughout these past 3 months. I will use what I have learned to better understand how different functions work and apply that to my planning career while remaining open minded with a new knowledge of different styles of leadership which I can then apply as I progress throughout my career.” Benjamin BlanchardPlanning Technician Rockdale City HallMilam County

8. “My mission is to enrich the quality of life and increase economic impact authenticity. Between wisdom and curiosity there’s a bridge. I find it imperative that we build that bridge from early childhood to adult life. JaQour BluntUrban Planning StudentTexas A&M UniversityBell County

9. “The Leadership Central Texas has provided me an opportunity to form a nexus and gain an abundance of community resources. It reinforced my mission to serve with confidence, compassion and knowledge. It has motivated me to reach outside my comfort zone."  Mary A. GalesAssistant DirectorBell/Mills County Indigent Health ServicesBell County

10. “In my current role as Care Manager with AAACT, I commit to being an agile collaborator who uses the science and art of project management to strengthen the quality of life for aging Texans with the purpose of reducing gaps in care. LCT 2021 has reinforced the importance of collaboration, community engagement and relationship building. Thank you for the opportunity. Anita JankeCase ManagerCTCOGBell County

11. “LCT has been a great reminder that we often forget the intricacies of complex systems within our community; it can be easy to criticize these systems without any insight into how processes actually work. LCT has inspired and empowered me to have more patience and give our leaders grace, while it has also encouraged me to get involved, even if it is at the most basic level.”Holly PantusoPre-Doctoral Psychology InternConnell & AssociatesBell County

12. “The leadership program has afforded me the opportunity to self-actualize a greater relevance to discard the hierarchical pyramid into an inclusive sphere of influence, with greater equity weighted towards the community. I recognize the importance of the need to work together and work towards the common good defined by an equity of resources and talent versus the more rigid nature of the non-human face of the bureaucracy.”Andrew RauschhuberFounderR3NDA-LLCMilam County

13. “Leadership Central Texas has provided me with a unique insight to many programs and resources that our communities have available. I met many hard working and passionate men and women that have contributed to the development of our region. I intend to use my experience from Leadership Central Texas alongside my passion for our communities to find new ways to serve our neighbors and support our industries.”David ShineFinancial AdvisorBell County

14. “What I have taken from this really is the connections that you make at this leadership course. From meeting others in the class, to the speakers from Representative Brad Buckley who I got to come to Kempner Fest after talking at the class, or Col Chad Foster who came to the Lampasas County 20th 9/11 remembrance event.David Williams IICity ManagerCity of KempnerLampasas County
