Overview of Delivery Intercept • At your request, UPS intercepts the package you shipped before it’s delivered • You can request Delivery Intercept through your UPS shipping or tracking system at any time • You select where the package you shipped should go next: 1. Return to shipper 2. Redirect to another address 3. Reschedule for future delivery 4. Identify the shipping privilege assigned to the user by selecting Administration � Manage Users 2. To change, select Administration again, then select Manage Privileges 3. Select Search Shipping Privileges , then select the Shipping Privilege the user is assigned to 4.
