She is here for an imaging test. CT showed multiple . hepatomas. in liver, the largest one spanning around 15 cm. Not able for surgical treatment. Patient died within 2 months of diagnosis. Clinical Scenario. 56-year-old man with chronic hepatitis B . 67 / Male patient. No known past medical illness. Non – smoker , very occasionally alcoholic. COMPLAINTS. Apparently normal four days back. then, according to bystander ….. In a morning , patient was complaining of colourful flowers stacked on his left side of visual field area..
