I have recommended Mr Lijo John (Roustabout) because of his commitment to the use of all Safety Tools on ABAN III. His observation at PORT side was very good. While working on Port side he observed towing line near port side was cut & damaged & need to be changed. He immediately informed barge captain & got the towing line changed. An incident would have been happened during Rig Move operation if he would not have noticed. H is attitude to work safely and to make the surrounding safe to work for others is appreciated.
