In the selection box choose the third option – select an available proxySlide5
You will see in the bottom left corner information stating changing proxy and to hit any key to continue
Hit enter on the name of the proxy you wantSlide6
You will notice in the top left it has changed from your name to the proxy name – at this screen hit F8 againSlide7
Select the scan available documents for this user
You should see what is out to be approved.Slide8
Hit enter if you wish to review details or F8 to get to approval optionsSlide9
Choose whether you wish to approve or reject the item. This should move the item out of the pending folder and the next person will be able to move forward with the requisition
