It simply goes into âUnoccupied Modeâ when school is over. o When school is over, you may hear the HVAC system stop running. This is simply because it has entered âUnoccupied Mode.â o When the system enters unoccupied mode, the temperature setting is adjusted to prevent the system from having to operate as frequently. ï§ Example: When you go on vacation and your house will be empty, you adjust the temperature on your thermostat to prevent youâre A/C and/ or heat from running as often, saving money on your utility bills. o See below for the temperature and schedule settings for the HVAC system. ï· HVAC: Temperature and Humidity Set Points o Air Conditioning ï§ Occupied: 73° ï§ Unoccupied: 80° o Heating ï§ Occupied: 69° ï§ Unoccupied: 60° o Humidity Maximum ï§ Occupied: 65% RH ï§ Unoccupied: 65% RH ï· HVAC: Schedules o Time Schedule ï§ HIGH SCHOOLS : 8:45am â 3:45 pm ï§ MIDDLE SCHOOLS : 8:30 â 3:15 ï§ ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: 8:00 â 2:30 o Normal Operation ï§ Admin.
