7. Communication plan highlightsOur objective: put our staff at the heart of shaping an inclusive, supportive and just culture that empowers them to learn, improve and share for success.How? A clear and consistent narrative that links the programme with the key Step up to Great priorities (particularly the Equality, Leadership and Culture one) and builds on the WeAreLPT brandA multi-media communications and engagement plan that helps tolaunch, inform and support engagement and feedback from all key stakeholders at each stage of the programmemotivate staff to sign up to be active members of the change network, and champion change moving forward.Support culture change that enables embedding new ways into everyday practice

9. Key activitiesLaunch the programme with the new sub-brand Launch dedicated area on StaffNetProvide Change Leaders with a toolkit to help them to push out messages. This will include: Teams background, posters (explaining the programme and signposting to a StaffNet page), PowerPoint slides and empty belly posters (to publicise roadshows and focus groups)
