Slide3Notification of Academic Adjustments:
“Professor of record” is emailed a Disability Services Agreement (DSA) – at any point in the term
DSA lists approved classroom and testing adjustments – provides explanations
Important for students and faculty to meet and discuss plans for using adjustments in each class
Slide4Selected Testing Adjustments:
Extended time for written and practical in-class quizzes, tests and final exams
Extension based on the amount of time the class is permitted
NOT the amount of time its expected students will need1.5x most commonIncreased font size/line spacing/page size or colored paperAmount of increase on DSABasic 4-function calculatorEven on “no calculator” tests
