CURRICULUM VITAE RENA LEE Present P osition: Senior State Counsel, International Affairs Division, Attorney - General’s Chambers, Singapore Professional Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (2 nd Class Upper), National University of Singapore (1992) Masters of Laws, National University of Singapore (1998) Advocate and Solicitor of the Singapore Bar (1993) Professional Experience Rena began her career as legal counsel in the International Law Branch of the Ministry of Defence in Singapore. During her time in the Ministry of Defence, she handled issues relating primarily to law of the sea, international humanitarian law and disarmament law. Since joining the Attorney - General’s Chambers in 2008, Rena has been focussed on issues concerning law of the sea, boun dary delimitation, environmental law, human rights and privileges and immunities. In particular, she has represented Singapore as part of the Singapore delegation to various meetings including: - Annual m
