within CSC Poland gathers local employees who work on global level in various areas as: Vendor Management, IT support, Security, Compliance, Project Management, etc

Story of High School Technology Attraction
Idea for High School Technology Attraction appear

in May 2017. After one month first event of initiative had place.
We
target to students from High Schools who are
just before
taking decisions about their future. By example of our company and diversity backgrounds of our employees we want to show them all opportunities that are available for them.We visited first schools in academic year 2016/17 and since then form of our workshops is still evolving to fulfill students’ expectations in the best way.Our aimsto encourage young people (especially women, but not only) to take a technological career path and
do not follow stereotypes or artificial restrictions which they may find on the waypromote Citi as technology company

We start with short presentation about Citi, then we talk about
gender stereotypes
in the selection of professions. Students have opportunity to ask questions and share their observations.
We also briefly present
career
opportunities in the technological areas
of global companies on the example of Citi
. In the second part we conduct an interesting IT game that
checks students
perceptiveness
,
the ability to
logical thinking
and move around the world of the Internet.We still improve our presentation, IT game and speeches to make our listeners interested in the project we also promote in our social media channels – like fan page Citi Careers where we address our content to over 194k Facebook users.
