Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association
Established 30 years ago, the Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association (RMGPA) is a diverse, non-profit organization whose membership includes purchasing officers, agents, buyers, managers and others associated with public purchasing throughout Colorado and Wyoming. RMGPA has been a member Chapter of NIGP (National Association of Governmental Purchasing) since 1987.
RMGPA's goal is to provide our membership with the education, professional development and technical assistance required to secure the public trust through the promotion of excellence and effectiveness in public purchasing
.
RMGPA’s Corporate Support Program offers corporations access and exposure to over 500 procurement decision makers representing more than 100 state, local and regional purchasing authorities.

The RMGPA website is the exclusive online communication tool of the Association. It is a convenient, one-stop resource for information about the Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association. Members use the website to register for a number of activities such as professional development workshops and seminars as well as Association conferences and vendor trade shows. Members also use the “helpful web links” portal for simple streamlined access to cooperative bidding. The RMGPA website had almost 11,000 visitors and over 41,000 page views last year.

RMGPA relies heavily on the internet to promote and inform members about our quarterly conferences. This site is the portal to all information from time and location to speakers and topics. This website is also where our members begin the registration process.

Mountain High Notes is published quarterly and available for electronic download from the website free of charge to members of RMGPA and NIGP. Rocky Mountain High Notes provides procurement news articles in addition to announcements regarding upcoming seminars and events, business trends, achievements, legislation, and other information of interest to its diversified public purchasing membership. Whereas the regular webpages are ever-changing to remain current, all newsletters perpetually reside in the archives and are available to viewers time and again.

Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association
All advertisements must be paid in advance before the stated deadline.
All commercial advertisements shall be of RMGPA or RMGPA-related programs or shall be of potential benefit to RMGPA and its members as determined by RMGPA.
All commercial advertisements shall be formatted as sponsorships with no specific offers, pricing or comparative statements of any kind.
The presence of an advertisement on any RMGPA publication does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product.
No advertising of tobacco, alcohol or medical marijuana products will be accepted.
No advertising will be accepted that is deemed at the sole judgment and discretion of RMGPA to be of or containing sexual content.
No advertising of religious nature or containing political content will be accepted.
Advertisers must be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State.
Advertisers shall not be listed on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
Commercial
advertisements
that may cause conflict of interest with RMGPA programs will be discussed with the
responsible RMGPA
party. Unresolved conflicts may result in ads being refused or pulled. If a commercial placement is pulled by RMGPA for any reason, the sponsor shall be relieved of liability for payment of a pro rata portion of the contract price, calculated by dividing the total number of inserts included in the contract price by the number of inserts that are canceled as a result of RMGPA’s action. Nothing in this section shall permit a sponsor to receive any refund, credit or forgiveness of payment if the sponsor decides to withdraw an insert prior to the advertising deadline .
RMGPA will have sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of this policy and all other issues associated with advertising with RMGPA.
