Fraternal Order of Court Officers New York State F.O.C.O. 2018 PISTOL COMPETITION PROTOCOL Course of Fire 7 yards: 8 rounds – 2 hand supported 10 yards: 8 rounds – 2 hand supported 15 yard s: 8 rounds – 2 hand supported To facilitate ease/accuracy of scoring, two targets will be used for each distance with four rounds per target. TARGETS F.O.C.O. targets – 50 feet slow fire pistol Targets will be provided for each shooter at all locations AMMO 115 GR FMJ F.O.C.O. will provide ammo. Team leaders runnin g this competition at their own venue will be reimbursed for ammo used. FIREARM Glock 19 or Glock 26 New York Plus trigger only TEAMS SHOOTERS MUST BE FOCO MEMBERS - active or retired. Active members must work in the Command in which they are signed u p. Only ONE team per Command Teams are 5 minimum – 7 maximum (including team Captain) Only best 5 scores will be counted Time restrictions The time allotted for each team shooting is 30 minutes SCORING In order to have scoring consistency, all tar gets wi ll be scored by Sgt. Ed Margosian

Ta rgets from venues outside Nassau Co unty must be returned to F.O.C.O. A.S.A.P. TROPHY The top 3 Commands will receive a plaque. The top Command will hol d the championship trophy for one year. GOAL Our goal is to promote the fraternal spirit, encourage marksmanship and establish a statewide C ourt Officer competition. TEAM REGISTRATION FORMS You must submit your team ’ s re gistration and reserve your time slot by 10/12/18 . Times are available on a first come first served basis. It is imperative that shooter’s name and address must be CLEARLY A ND LEGIBLY WRITTEN on the team registration form, so as to enable us to correctly spell names on awards earned.
