Look at your PTG (Progress to Graduation) when choosing classes to ensure you take the required classes to graduate!

What credits you still need to complete.

Make sure to notice if you have failed any classes and what Credit Recovery needs to be completed in order to graduate!

Choose enough classes that will equal 8 full periodsUse a Pencil not a Pen when filling out your coursesSelect a total of 16 Boxes 2 boxes mean it’s a full year class1 box means it’s only a semester (or ½ year class)For GTI if the class has a 1.0 next to it, then it counts as 2 boxes.If the class has a 2.0 next to it, then it counts as 4 boxes.

… If you are interested in taking a GTI ClassTurn in the GTI Application with your card. If we do not have a signed application permission form we will not put you in the class.Be sure to check the back of your cards to see all the GTI possibilities and fill out the application.

Each GTI course is 2 class periods- A bus will pick you up from Skyline High School, take you to the GTI, and bring you back to Skyline. Slide20

Choose Classes Wisely Put in core classes that are required. Use the front of your card to determine your course selection.

The Master Schedule is built on your course selections and there will be limited room for class changes once your card is turned in and courses have been entered.Slide21

a variety of clubs, athletic events and experiences. If you don’t see something you would like to join consider starting your own!
