Recovery services may be billed at no more than the hourly rate. When billed, the justification for and time spent providing recovery services must be documented on the face of the invoice. After-hours apply from 5:00pm-midnight and from midnight-8:00am Monday-Friday, anytime Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday. National holidays are New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, on the third Monday in February, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and shall further include the Friday before such holiday which falls on a Saturday and the Monday following such holiday which falls on a Sunday.
