Any cancellations after deadline will not receive a refund regardless of circumstances. You will retain your WITO membership in either case. Sponsorship with Event Participation: $375 Per Sponsor, cash or check. Credit Card $390 Per Sponsor. See Sponsor form for other levels of Sponsorship. Sponsors receive special recognition and a unique gift from NWTF, plus it includes Event Participation and WITO membership for one woman. Sponsorship also provides a great opportunity for your business to have a display at the event and /or promote your business by supplying flyers or business cards to be distributed to all participants. Event Information: Your exciting weekend begins Friday, May 15,2020 at 12 NOON with registration check-in, games, and meeting old friends. Fabulous Raffle and Games with great Prizes including many GUNS will be ongoing all weekend. We will have a Taco Dinner on Friday night. Tickets sold separate. Check WITO Payment sheet for Pricing. We will provide all meals, snacks and beverages(non-alcoholic) on Saturday & Sunday. Bottled water, sodas, coffee, and hot chocolate will be provided all weekend morning & evening YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN FOOD FOR SPECIAL DIETS!!! Registration will begin Friday at noon until 8pm, and again at 7am Saturday morning. You must sign T Bar T Carver Ranch and NWTF waivers upon arrival. ALL NON-PARTICIPANTS MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY after setting up RV’s due to insurance regulations. Those wishing to park RV’s together must arrive at the same time. Not all areas are flat level areas for tent or RV’s Plan accordingly. Port-a-potties and hand washing facilities will be available. NO NO’S NO PERSONAL CAMPFIRES NO CHARCOAL BBQ’S PERMITTED NO PETS ALLOWED NO HUSBANDS, BOYFRIENDS, or CHILDREN Items to bring: Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, a jacket, a change of clothes and overnight gear if camping. Be prepared for both hot and cold weather. (We always have a nurse on staff but please provide any items you require for any medical needs). The law prohibits any person who has been convicted of a “misdemeanor crime or domestic violence” from shipping, transporting, possessing, or receiving firearms or ammunition. In addition, the law prohibits any person who is currently the subject of domestic violence restraining order from shipping, transporting, possessing or receiving firearms or ammunition, except firearms or ammunition which are imported for, sold or shipped to or issued for the use of any federal, state or local agency. This law applies to all persons, including peace officers. Women in the Outdoors offer a variety of classes to the public, which involves the use or possession of firearms or ammunition, as such, the Women in the Outdoors program must ensure that participants of these classes are not prohibited by a federal or state “misdemeanor crime of domestic violence”, may not participate in any class that involves the use or possession of firearms or ammunition.
