10. Installing the app onto your deviceTap the green “Install” button to download the app
11. How to get started on the app?
12. Start by opening the appTap the BELONG app icon that appears on your device’s home screen
13. Sign up When opening the app for the first time, you will automatically be prompted to sign up
14. Agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy PolicyTap on the hyperlinks entitled “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” to read them before agreeing to sign upTap “I agree”
15. Complete the signup form to build your profileEach numbered section has a dropdown menu where you can choose the appropriate answer
16. For example...Tap on the numbered section, and choose the answer that applies
17. Choose a nicknameThis nickname allows you to identified within the groups, while allowing you to remain anonymous
18. Enter your phone numberYou will then receive a text message with a code that you will be prompted to enter into the appThis allows the app to authenticate your device
19. Watch the Belong app tutorialYou will automatically be prompted to watch the tutorial when signing up, or you can decide to watch it later

21. Access the settings menu Hit the dropdown menu button in the top left-hand corner of the home page
22. Tap the “Tutorial” tabThis brings you to the page where you can access the two available tutorials
23. Tap the desired tutorial to access itEach tutorial consists of a short video that you can watch to familiarize yourself with the app

27. Access the settings menu Hit the dropdown menu button in the bottom right-hand corner of the home page

29. Enter the closed community codePlease enter the code "CCOMTL" to access the closed community & documents for your CIUSSS

31. Access the CIUSSS closed community filesTap the “Files” logo on the home page
32. Tap on the CIUSSS document foldersFound in the top left-hand corner
33. Tap on the sub-folder that you would like to viewAt the moment there’s a number on the folder…will be changed to icons
34. Tap the resource or file that you would like to view The tab will either bring you to a document within the app or transfer you to a reputable site
35. Scroll down the page at your leisure When done consulting the resource, press the “X” in the top left-hand corner to return to the files page
36. Access the CIUSSS closed communitiesTap the tabs for the patient area or the caregiver area
37. Scroll through the page & access posts within the groupTap the discussion posts in the group to read more & interact with the posts
