Youwillgetamonthlyaccountstatementfromusforyoursavings accounts,unlesstherearenotransfersinaparticularmonth.Inanycase,you willgeta statementatleastquarterly. FINANCIALINSTITUTION'SLIABILITY Liabilityforfailuretomaketransfers. Ifwedonot completeatransfertoor fromyour accountontimeorinthe correctamountaccordingtoouragreementwith you,wewill beliable foryourlossesordamages.However,therearesome exceptions. We willnotbeliable.forinstance: (1)If,throughnofaultofours,youdonothave enoughmoney inyouraccountto makethetransfer. (2)Ifyouhaveanoverdraft lineandthe transfer wouldgooverthecredit limit.
