Key points on instruction sheet

You have 3 very important jobs

To make sure the speaker has everything they need and are introduced properly and professionally.

To make sure the session stays on schedule-starts and ends on time

Signaling when 5 minutes are left is a good idea.

If the speaker goes over, it causes attendees to be late for their next session and any session that is coming into that same room to be delayed

To make sure the participants get the session code to obtain creditSlide8

Moderator script and Speaker Bio

This is an exact script for you to read and may consist of the following parts:

Announcements-each session will have brief announcements about CE Organizer, electronic evaluations, and a request to mute cell phones.

Sponsorship information (only some sessions will have this)

Financial Disclosure information (most sessions will not have this)
