Border Group Parish Council ‘When representations have been received the NDP Steering Group be asked to give them due consideration and where appropriate and reasonable hold discussions with any parties suggesting improvements to the plan where these are relevant to those matters that an NDP can cover. The NDP Steering Group should include short reports on such discussions to the Parish Council together with a schedule of representations and list of any alterations arising from this particular consultation period.’
