Train IOTA volunteer members to be proficient in R-OTE and PYOTE
Support IOTA North American members in the analysis of light curves using R-OTE and PYOTE
Provide statistically correct error bars at three confidence levels for all North American reports submitted to the IOTA data base:

Support light curve analysis for new members who use RunCam Night Eagle Astro Edition cameras
For the most accurate results, RunCam Night Eagle Astro Edition light curves require video analysis at the field level
Fields need to be combined into frames using OTE software such as Occular, AOTA, R-OTE, or PYOTE.
Camera delay corrections synchronized to the ‘Y’ position of the star on the video chip need to be applied to the uncorrected results.
