Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, under the direction of the Executive Vice President
National President and a Board of Directors made up of elected volunteers
Directors are called Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs)
RVPs work and represent the district within their regions
11 regions throughout the national organization

Exchange offers various officer, program-development, and leadership-training modules
