Abstract

The goal of this project was to assess the aggregate and asphalt plant owned by PJ Keating and located in Lunenburg MA Following the completion of situational and cost analyses on the primary crushing loadhaul cycle and recycled asphalt shingle RAS operations of the plant recommendations were proposed in an effort to better match plant production with customer demand The managerial impacts of the proposed recommendations were also considered in the completion of this project
