Elite Parking and Hospitality provides valet services for five dealerships in the

Long Island

area as well as for several restaurants.

It is essential that we have a useful and practical database from which to draw information and make important business decisions. Slide3

Reporting

Our database serves to provide the following reports to management

Average Service TimeLocation Productivity Report

Customer Rating Report

Return Customer Report

Driver Stick Shift Ability ReportSlide4

Average Service Time

This report allows managers to see when and where each vehicle was dropped off as well as how long each vehicle was in service.

This will be useful because management can determine which locations need extra staff and attention to better service their customers. Slide5

Customer Rating

Whenever a customer picks up their car, they are asked to rate their valet experience on a scale from unsatisfied to very good

This brings recognition to our best employees and identifies problem employees that may need to be let goSlide6

Location Productivity

This report will show how many cars were serviced at each dealership

This adds value by allowing managers to estimate how many cars will need to be serviced and then staffing the dealerships accordinglySlide7

Return Customers

This report finds all of our returning customers

It is important to reward these customers for their loyalty and therefore we want to ensure that they have a consistently enjoyable experience Slide8

Stick Shift Drivers

Many of the cars we service have manual transmissions but not all of our valets are able to drive them

This report would allow management to quickly identify which drivers can drive stick and the locations can then be staffed accordingly to ensure that there is always a valet with this capabilitySlide9

Added Business Value

The reports generated by this database can be extremely useful for a variety of management functions

In addition to the existing reports, managers can choose to implement additional reports in order to track productivity and performance
