Scholars will line up in groups of six, forming a total of five lines on the turf/playground.
Scholars will be able to demonstrate listening skills with a direct learning style format.
Our first movement is the “Whip” and each time a “move” is called out, scholars will perform a different movement, including cardiovascular development.

Step/ExerciseScholars will be able to demonstrate the Whip dance move. Whip – feet are within shoulder width; on the first count, scholars will punch forward (and hold) with a step to the left wider than shoulder width. Scholars will then be able to demonstrate the Nae Nae

Recommendation
: practice this set of moves slower to ensure the accuracy, then progressing to regular/song pace.

Step/ExerciseStanky Leg – Lunges; scholars will demonstrate a lunge with one foot forward and one foot back, flexing both knees to 90 degrees so that the rear/back knee is close to the ground and the front knee does not pass the front foot.Switch to jumping lunges once scholars have demonstrated proper form of traditional lunges; jump lunges occur after every two counts (Artist says “Do the Stanky Leg” => two lunges are demonstrated, then jump lunge to opposite forward and back, repeat.)
